Pay HOA Dues
You may pay your dues either by check, made payable to Tyndall Green and mailed to PO Box 52348, Phoenix, AZ 85072-2348. Or by e-check through C-PropertyPay (link above).
To create an account with C-PropertyPay to pay your dues, follow the steps below:
- Visit the link above and click "Sign Up" to create an account.
- Fill in your name, email and phone number and click "Next".
- Provide the following information:
- Management Company ID: 5557
- Association ID: TG
- Property Account Number: Property Address
- Your account number can also be found on your payment coupons.
- Your billing address.
- Click "Register Property".
- Add a checking account by clicking "Wallet" on the top-right of the page.
- To make a payment, click "Properties" on the top-right of the page.
